Shipping

At Primate Pets, we’re happy to offer flexible options for getting your new companion. You’re welcome to visit us in person to meet and collect your monkey at our location. If that’s not convenient, we also provide professional, safe delivery of your new pet to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to join your family. Whether you prefer to pick up in person or choose delivery, we’re here to make the transition smooth and stress-free.

Terms

* NON-REFUNDABLE deposit paid will be applied to the total amount. All orders are subject to verification. You must be at least 18 years old to order a live animal, and you must live in a legal state.Once an order is placed you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm, and complete the order

Late Fees

You have a 7-day grace period from your deposit date to schedule transportation for your baby. Every day past the 7th day will incur a $100 per Marmoset, per day boarding fee. If your baby is not ready to go at the time of your deposit you will be contacted and the grace period will be set for the date the baby is available to leave.

Pickup only at our location in Kingsbury Texas, please visit our make an appointment page after checkout to schedule an appointment.
